The objective of the Core Service Level Review is to improve upon the strategic management of municipal infrastructure assets through the identification, review, and confirmation of core services delivered by the Village of Lions Public Works Department. The approach taken within this report aims to provide an understanding of the processes leading to infrastructure decline and the legislated and best management practices designed to extend the useful life of municipal infrastructure.
